1938 VINCENT 500 TT RACER

1938 VINCENT 500 TT RACER

After a debacle in 1934 using JAP engines, and Rudge engines no longer available, Vincent and Irving designed their own high cam single. It was an immediate success and the factory developed 3 for the TT. The factory singles have aluminium heads and barrels and magnesium cases whilst the over the counter racers sold as TT Reps have a bronze head. Vincents double in price every second day so if you can find one, sell the house, the wife and the kids to get it.
