OEC were great experimenters but concentrated on chassis and suspension design. Their Duplex steering system designed in 1927 defies explanation. In 1929 they introduced swing arm rear suspension. In 1934 they slotted the equally complex V4 ohc Matchless Silver Hawk powerplant into their chassis. It must have been a nightmare in many ways but what a rarity! This may be the only survivor. Think of a large number and double it and you may get close to its value.
